I was good until checking out. I left my bags in my room to go too store, after I came back the room was clean and bags were thrown in trash. This was at 9:50 AM.

Two live roaches in the shower. No coffee at breakfast. Bed was comfortable. Tv worked after I plugged the hdmi cord in the correct place.

The rooms were dirty. The pocket door on the bathroom was difficult to close and hand brown, dirty hand prints all over the door. There was hair on the bathroom floor. There was mold and dirt in the air conditioner.

The room was disgusting to say the least. There was hair on the toilet, and in the bed under the sheets. Clearly not cleaned. Not all the lights worked in the room. The carpet looked liked it should be pulled up and thrown away, totally stained and filthy. The TV remote was so sticky we had to use a face cloth to hold on to it. Don't think it was ever wiped down. Had to wear sandals in the shower and in the room as it didn't feel clean enough. After travelling more than 10 hours all we wanted was a decent night sleep and that didn't happen. Very poor place

Very disappointed in the overall cleanliness of the room. It stunk, the toilet seat as extremely loose, there was barely any water pressure in the sink and the tv didn't work.

The pictures online are slightly misleading. The hotel is not awful, but it’s also not as nice as the photos show in the listing. The rooms look a little rundown and tired in person. Nice enough, but just ok. The breakfast options were ok, but were also a bit sad looking. The neighborhood felt a little rough, but not awful. Very commercialized area.
Positives:
- the hotel staff was very nice and accommodating!
- there were multiple restaurants within walking distance, basically right across the street.
-quick access to major roadways and a close drive to many basic shops and stores.
