Excellent, English speaking front desk and concierge staff, very helpful with everything.. The swimming pool is a very nice area and the staff there is also super friendly. Very cosy SPA area, beautiful massage (I was given a voucher). Breakfast buffet Western and Chinese style both really good and also the coffee (if you take the Espresso from the machine). Room is spacious, tastefully decorated and cosy (I had a king size bedroom) and clean with a lotf attentiin.to detail, (Only the coffee table needed a bit of cleaning upon arrival). Everything else was perfect. I also like the fact that people are asked to turn up in decent clothes for breakfast.
