The refreshments on the 27th floor are comfortable and cozy, especially the lanterns on the small balcony are very beautiful. Overall, I recommend it, like it and will come back next time.

We stayed in JinJiang for 4 nights from Oct. 17 to Oct. 22, 2023. We were so happy to choose this Hotel. The stuff of Hotel was very warm and helpful. Specially, Ms. Camille Feng, she helped us to change the rooms and give us very good suggestions for our stay; Ms. Xu Bin had very beautiful smile and gave us warm welcome. Room service persons, Rick Ren and Shang Ya Qiong provided excellent service for us. Moreover, VIP lounge at 27 floor is a such good place for guests to relax and meet friends, with coffee, tea, snacks, etc. The Chengdu JinJiang hotel's VIP rooms are truly 5 star qualities. Also, its breakfast is very good and more affordable, comparing with other 5 star hotels.

After closing it, the noise is not bad. Service: Average, the basics are in place, it’s just a formality, but it doesn’t really help customers solve their problems. Facilities: I am very satisfied with the dressing mirror and the smart toilet is also very good, but there is definitely something wrong with the air conditioner in 608 The whole incident: the air conditioner in 608 overheated. During the day, the indoor temperature reached 33 degrees with the windows closed (no pictures were taken here). I called the front desk and said that the central air conditioner was not able to do anything. They asked me to open the window to ventilate and turn off the air conditioner. But be careful. The second time I called the front desk, they still told me that the central air conditioner was like this and couldn't be adjusted. They asked me to find an air cooler for me. It was ridiculous that it wasn't an air conditioner. If I put another electrical appliance in the room, it would only generate more heat and increase the room. The temperature is good! ! Then I asked to change to a thin quilt, and the front desk agreed verbally. After a long time, they gave me a quilt with the same thickness as the standard one in the room. Let me ask you, are your waiters so careless when serving? Just get a thinner quilt? ? Don’t you know what kind of quilt you have in your room? ! It's past 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, which means waiting for half an hour in vain. I suggested again that a thin quilt cover would be fine and was given a quilt cover. But it’s really too hot at 30 degrees with the window open. It’s annoying even if you don’t sleep with short sleeves. Not to mention the temperature will be higher if you close the window. I still can’t sleep well. I should call the front desk to ask if there are similar situations in other rooms and if they can be changed. 酒店位置有點點難找，看到速8酒店進去上三樓就是。 這個老闆很好玩的，前台沒人，需要加微信，會發你房間號跟密碼，然後按照提示一步步去做就好了。所以不適合不會用微信的羣體😄。房間有空調，感覺比較悶就想開空調，然後找遍房間也沒找到遙控器，不得已問老闆，他告訴了位置，在一個想象不到的地方開了空調，有點點玩密室逃脱類遊戲的感覺。 房間比較大，但礦泉水也收錢有點小氣了，衞生馬馬虎虎有待提高，希望老闆小細節做得更好，生意更好。

All the staff are very friendly and considered thus made me feel welcomed. They offered drinks when waiting for check in, very patience when asked them information and direction. Always greeted you when seeing us. The lift looks dated but the rest of the hotel looks modern and clean. The room is spacious, very clean, and practical for a short stay, enough space to put 2 big luggage. The air conditioning works well. Quiet room but the movements at the hallway can be heard quite clearly. Shower room also spacious thus made me feel comfortable. Very generous with mineral waters. The only issue is the location, can be quite convenient as near to metro but the area is under road construction for new metro stations thus very difficult to go around with 2 big luggage. Even with taxi, the road is quiet jammed thus often took longer to reach a destination or to come back. Highly recommend for great customer service though and very clean and spacious room. Didn't take the breakfast so can't comment but with the price, RMB 215-220, I think this hotel is great value for travellers for short stay.

Overall I would recommend this hotel. The hotel is new and the decor is very comfortable and the cleaning ladies are really really good at their job. The hotel takes client complaints seriously and tried to fix the problem quickly. The one major discomfort was what other reviews have also mentioned is that there is no air conditioning. The room stayed at 27-28 degrees even with the cooling fan they provided and with the window open. When I called the front desk she said because of the change in weather, they have clients asking for the heat to be turned on which I find hard to believe. The room never felt cold. My mom and I had trouble sleeping every night as we would wake up in sweat and we booked for 6 nights.
