設施：設施還不錯，整體比較新
衞生：還可以，就是有小卡片真的煩人，一共塞了四張小卡片建議監管下這方面
環境：環境可以，就是洗澡的時候有鏡子感覺不對勁
服務：前台服務態度很好，
送機服務:有免費的接送機服務還不錯，司機態度好早餐種類比較多

第一，我的飛機晚上六點到，我中午就打電話給酒店好讓準備好車接我，因為酒店是提供接送機服務的，可是我跟媽媽帶着疲憊愉悦的心情下飛機趕上下雨，出去聯繫司機司機態度一點也不好還我跟我媽媽淋着雨滿停車場找他，衣服都濕了。雖然上車司機給道歉一再強調怕給差評，但是我心疼的我的母親下雨天我們是外地的來到這裏碰到這樣的情況真的很影響我的心情。
第二，我到了酒店前台居然找不到我提前預訂的訊息，等了好一會，本來衣服還濕着，給我們房卡也不告訴一聲哪個房間。
服務行業最基本的服務都沒做好，這樣衹能讓顧客一次性消費，很是失望。

説好的接機，各種原因耽誤時間，最後還是我自己打車去了酒店，最後折騰到十二點多才到酒店，真的太垃圾了。入住後，房間的門縫有那種塞小卡片的，桌子上放着按摩的花廣告，一整個就感覺很low。酒店的早餐是七點開餐，有點晚。反正就是體驗不好！

酒店設施還不錯，環境也很好。最重要的是安靜，基本上不會有什麼吵鬧的雜音。很不錯的一次住宿，衞生方面就是毛巾有點老舊了，其他的還不錯。

還可以吧！第一次入住，就是周邊環境不太好，太亂了。設施和衞生還可以。服務也可以。早上突然停電，把人關在電梯裏面，半個小時後才來人處理，應急管理不到位！
