酒店床單睡了身上過敏 半夜兩點半實在受不了下去找前台 前台都沒有人 又過了半小時下去拿過敏葯 跟前台投訴説床單睡的過敏 前台不理我衹是讓我去拿我買的過敏葯 我説我過敏了酒店都不負責嗎 前台很敷衍地説了一句那是客房打掃的問題她不知道 又加了一句讓客房再打掃一下 態度很差
酒店房間裏還有蚊子 房間燈光也特別暗 避雷

房間已住幾天 今天幫客人在攜程續了房 在專門打了電話告知酒店前台已付款續了房的情況下 結果前台又收了客人的錢 結果導致客人對我公司的安排很不滿 以至於造成了麻煩 酒店的誠信很有問題 如果不是客人提到了的話 那麼酒店就收了兩邊的錢 作為酒店運營方怎麼會是這樣經營的 管理真的太差了

酒店在武侯萬達，靠近大悦城和星悦薈，交通很便利這是對成都最好的印象，到大悦城打車10塊，到春熙路地鐵直達，酒店前台辦理業務非常快，宋先生服務非常好，房間幫忙做了免費升級，還幫我們推介了一些非常不錯的餐館和火鍋店，房間衞生細節做的不錯，看得出來平時管理很嚴格，餐廳，健身房和洗衣房都在五樓，早餐比較兼具成都特色和大眾口味，品種比較豐富，感謝酒店工作人員，給我的成都之旅留了一個非常好的第一印象，希望以後有機會再次入住。

因為女兒在北二外高考，特意選擇了這家酒店，離考場很近，走路5分鐘，房間大，乾濕分區，床品也很舒服，酒店還為高考孩子貼心準備了考試文具，送了牛奶和眼罩、耳塞。細節到位，必須贊一個。
