This was one pf the best hotel stays ever. From welcome ap to departure. Great team, spotless clean and comfortable room. Great concept where even small might be outstanding. Thank you.

2022年的酒店，入住和退房都是自助的，房間較小但是很新，pad控制房間設備，位置在市中心，結合價格算基本滿意了。

The hotel it’s self was great , although while staying here there isn’t onsite parking and they have you pay a $50 a night fee to park at a garage that’s in 4 minutes walking distance. The first night in the garage my car was broken into . Security couldn’t view the footage because camera were out of service and cameras only cover the front portion on the two levels .

Everything about our stay at Citizen M was great! The accommodations were great! Spotless, efficient, and friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was very good with a great variety of foods. The location is quite awesome! Walk everywhere and enjoy the River Walk, the Magnificent Mile, or the lake!

Everything is very updated with technology. You control the blinds, lights, tv and moods by the touch of a button on an iPad. Check in and check out was easy on a kiosk. Everything beautiful the bar is super nice.
