Hotel was clean. Air conditioner worked great in room. Hotel could use an update. Rust on most fixtures. Our door locked us out twice-issue with handle on door. Carpet in room could have been replaced. Overall for the price it was good. Staff was very friendly.

Traveling from CO to LA and this was a good stopping place half way point. I was placed on the second floor and there was no elevator. Fine for me, but make sure someone does not need help or get a handicapped room. The hotel is about to be remodeled which will be good, because the pool was closed and a number of the other listed amenities were not available because of the imminent remodel I was told. My room was clean, but my coffee pot was not.

We enjoyed our stay here! Staff very friendly and helpful! We stayed in a room with a king size bed,...plenty of TV channels, mini fridge, microwave and desk. Guest laundry room. We didn't check out the pool this time...but on premises. I believe a hot tub or sauna too. Decent as we found our room to be, the manager told me they are soon to do renovations to all the rooms.. Semi truck parking in the back lot, along with an RV park to open soon. Lots of businesses, restaurants all within walking distance. Decent breakfast bar, with Sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy, toast, yogurt, fruit, cereal, and fresh waffles.

I stayed there with my 2 kids for only one night, it was very nice. Unfortunately, the pool was closed while we were there and my kids were unable to swim, and that was a bummer. That was one of the main reasons we had reserved that hotel was for the indoor pool. But all in all it was a good stay.

Great stay and great staff. Breakfast was good too I will definitely stay again the next time I am in Childress. Vic was very friendly and personable. It is a good location and convenient to other amenities as needed.

Poor quality and overpriced... go anywhere else. The swimming is STILL closed (in 2022) due to covid. Poor excuse. Quit being cheap/lazy and open your pool for your guest. The elevator was down, there was no vending, the room wasn't stocked for a stay, the carpets are disgusting and the entire hotel stinks like smoke. The least they could do is match their price to their poor quality. I wouldn't suggest this place to the homeless. Do better, Quality Inn.

Pros: Super nice staff, powerful shower pressure, HOT water, clean room, working A/C, refrigerator and Microwave, easy to find, plenty of parking Cons: Smoke free hotel but everywhere reeks of cigarette smoke, “No Pet” hotel but barking dogs in rooms, Tub was full of towel fuzz and we had to clean it out so the water would drain Breakfast: limited volume and just a few tables but tasted fine

Chekced in pretty last around 11:30pm. The hotel staff were freiendly and courteous. The room was quiet and clean. For breakfast they have a make-your-own waffle set up (pretty tasty waffle mix). When checking out the staff was again super freindly.

Great hotel for a good night's rest. Checked in late at 11:30p and they took care of me. Very friendly front desk people. The room was quiet and clean. For breakfast they have a do it yourself waffle machine. The recipe was quite tasty. Will stay here again the next to the I pass through.
