[Negotiated but never understood] Please avoid this hotel with safety hazards, chaotic management, and a very poor experience! Book a room with a view for two nights before departure and prepay. I have stayed in many places in Beijing, Shanghai, and Chengdu for many nights and all seasons, and I will never stay there again! 1. There are potential safety hazards: (1) The safety lock in the first room was broken, and I called the front desk and said it was normal. The engineer didn't think so, and complained to the customer why it was broken, and strongly demanded to change the room before changing it; (2) When changing rooms and the front desk has sent a new room card, the staff knocked on the door twice at 11:30 in the night and swiped the card in an attempt to enter! If you have entered without a security lock... the explanation is that you are in the work group 2. Chaos of room card management: (1) The elevator cannot be swiped up: it is shared with Hanting, the buttons do not respond after swiping the card, and the staff does not prompt the swiping card, and it goes straight down before reaching the floor, and can only drag the box back to the first floor (2) The door could not be opened by swiping the room card many times: I entered the room four or five times in total, and couldn’t open it by swiping three times. I had to go back to the front desk repeatedly to get the card. The one that could be opened yesterday could not be opened today. After staying for two nights, I ended up with three room cards. 3. Managers renege on the results of negotiations and take advantage of various loopholes: (1) After calling the police, the police station negotiated a free night, and only after returning to ask for a letter of understanding will the compensation be paid, and the refund will only be refunded after five minutes of stalemate; (2) After reporting to the police, the police station negotiated a letter of commitment. Because it was more than one o'clock in the morning that day, the stamped document would be issued the next day, and the stamped document would not be given when meeting the next day, saying that the hotel could not provide stamped items. I kept it for myself, I went back to the room directly, told her that if you want to change your mind, you should call the police and negotiate again to get the promised documents, which seriously affected your mood the next day! 4. The equipment is outdated, no different from Hanting: the front desk and elevator are shared, no refrigerator, no Xiaoai classmates, no electric curtains
