酒店環境還行 前台態度也還行 本來不想説 就是前兩三天的事 當時也忘了拍照 但這服務太差了點吧?真的拉低體驗感 總之有這樣的事才會拿出來説 訂了兩天 和前台也打過招呼 説了讓做下清潔 答應得快 但做得是真挺糟糕 回去發現東西是換了些洗漱用品 浴巾 紙 但床上就幾乎沒動 枕頭都是翻過去的 根本沒整理過的痕跡 就是敷衍了事一樣 就隨便掀掀 衹知道收錢嗎? 大熱天的都會出汗 被單也會黏糊糊的 像有些女生的話還會有一些特殊情況 誰花了錢不想住乾淨的房間睡乾淨的被褥? 既然是幹這個工作的就要做好啊 就這樣的服務嗎?? 廁所剩了半筒紙也直接拿走了放在那裡怎麼了 總之做清潔這塊確實不過去 既然是訂了兩天 那就應該是兩天的新床單 就應該是換新的床上用品而不是圖方便嫌麻煩敷衍顧客就不去換 不都説顧客是上帝嗎 既然選擇了你們花錢來消費為什麼不認真對待呢？如果遇到這種情況不説那是不是下一位顧客也會這樣對待呢? 你們員工也別想説沒這樣做 沒敷衍人 那請你們摸着良心説話 大家都是人 不是動物 還是麻煩你們做事認真一點吧 本來各方面都還不錯就因為這清潔服務這一點拉低了貴酒店的形象水平 可能你們覺得是小事不會因為這點問題而影響你們正常營業 如果這件事都不值得你們去反思去改進 不值得你們去加強對員工的培訓教導 那麼接下來的日子裏祝你們酒店好運
