近期住過最滿意的酒店，訂酒店之前以為他們的好評是刷的，沒想到是我狹隘了，現如今這個浮躁的社會，有這麼用心的酒店和管理，真心希望你們能好好做下去，各種服務和配套都很棒，床很舒服，床品也不錯，洗了衣服還給我包好送過來，真的很棒

真的是寶藏酒店啊，為了看熊貓定在這邊，意外之喜，自駕停車便利，門口就有去動物園的公交車站，周邊吃的很多也很好吃，酒店裝修很小眾，很有特色，房間設施舒適，晚上睡覺也很安靜，早餐不錯，下午茶就是咖啡和同伴喝了兩次

位置：靠近居民區，附近也有商場，很近，吃飯地方很近，也很親民
交通：很便利，1200直達地鐵站、出行方便，離動物園超近
設施：設施齊全、貼心、隱形眼鏡盒子、馬桶墊都有。環境温馨、床品舒服、房間沒有異味。
服務：服務貼心、提供洗衣和早餐、下午茶上門服務，過於貼心了。
加了管家訊息，出行前就在溝通了，賓主如歸的感覺。

酒店的管家服務非常好，入住酒店時貼心的為我們準備了果盤，入住期間還可以免費洗衣服呢，房間的秒沸機真是不錯的設施，方便小孩兑奶粉。離店時管家還貼心的送了重慶特產。下次來重慶首選。

服務：超級點贊，住過的酒店裡最滿意的一家，服務值得超五星。每天選好第二天的早餐套餐可以定時送餐到房間，所謂的贈送下午茶其實是24小時隨時可以點，無限續杯，住了兩天，真的有認真吃早飯😁樓下的夜宵攤烤魚非常不錯，晚上坐在外面好多人，但是到了房間，非常安靜！閨蜜説下次來，還是要在這，定的非常成功，漂亮。

環境：房間門口有個樓梯口很吵。希望可以做好管理。不要在那個樓梯口。並且房間門隔音較差。但夜間總體不錯。就是白天睡不好

酒店環境超級好，一樓像古堡一樣，神祕又浪漫，服務也超級好，前台的幾個小姐姐都又漂亮又温柔甜甜的還很熱情，大廳隨時都有下午茶供應，早餐還直接送房間，還有小童拖鞋和牙刷，帶孩子出來真的很棒！唯一遺憾的就是這兩天陰天，房間感覺有點昏暗，空調衹有製冷，房間有點涼，而且剛開始看照片以為陽台是開放式的所以專門定了陽台房，結果是封閉是的和房間包在一起！早餐不得不提，意麪好吃孩子能吃兩份，重慶小麪比樓下的麪館還要好吃！最後有個建議就是如果房間能是智能控制的就太好了，總體8.5分！
