環境：特意和前台要了高層，九樓陽台眺望出去，真一線湖景，湖光山色，瞬間覺得值回票價。早上七點打開窗户的時候，天氣不是很熱，鳥鳴聲聲，非常美好的體驗。
設施：房間夠寬敞了，兩個人住蠻舒服的，空調有點老舊，有些吵。
覺得不太行的地方是早餐，東西少，麪包也不是很新鮮了，沒什麼水果，可以改進一下。
服務就基本上沒什麼服務。

環境沒話説真的是非常棒 我訂的是家庭套房 一間房間陽台靠山一間陽台臨湖 景色非常贊空氣也好。
房間設施説實話有點陳舊但還在可接受範圍，房間衞生還有待加強，入住的時候發現有煙頭和毛髮。
最不滿意的地方是前台辦理入住的服務員 很巧退房的時候也是她，這個女服務員不能説態度差 就是給人一種很不耐煩的感覺 ，辦理入住的時候這種感覺格外強烈。

在這裏一共住了四晚，都非常滿意，唯一小插曲就是第四晚，家人洗澡的時候牆磚從牆頂脱砸在地上，萬幸是沒人用馬桶，否則後果實在不敢想，這個位置太恐怖了，直接脱落在馬桶前的位置……

房間很大，還有一個大涼台，站在涼台上可觀賞千島湖。前台服務非常好，衞生乾淨，床非常大，被褥舒服。環境優美，出酒店就是湖邊散步。

房間臨湖，景色一流，從小區大門到公寓，車子需要開上去，不然長者家走路費力。下午14點進去，房間裏衞生間都濕的，讓阿姨弄乾，還嘴裏咕嚕咕嚕不願意。早飯在地下2樓，一般還行，適合服務要求不高的家庭出行。
