Not so new hotel in a very dirty little town full of construction sites and all in all quite depressing atmosphere . Staff was nice and helpful.

7月底出差到張家界，這個酒店環境安靜舒適，衞生乾淨整潔，前台接待服務態度很好，周圍有幾家味道不錯的湘西土菜館強烈推薦。

特別幸運的是在慈利出差選擇了富藍特樂酒店，住的很舒適，每天累死了回到酒店給我們一種家的感覺，特別是前台小劉姐姐和小羅姐姐，每次回來都是笑臉相迎，讓人感覺如沐春風

這家店最好的就是衞生，房間清理的乾乾淨淨，床鋪很整潔，每次到慈利出差都住這家酒店，已經習慣了，前台小姐姐基本上都認識，有什麼要求打電話給前台，服務員馬上就過來幫我處理，不錯不錯。

離高速口不遠，但是吃東西不方便，酒店前面是馬路，後面是火車道，相對而言馬路這側勉強接受，但是入住需要收按金，而且不提供一次性拖鞋，真有點不太能理解。

凌晨入住，前台很友好，升成零壓房，枕頭和床褥是記憶棉的。本來一百四入住沒啥毛病，但是馬桶居然沒沖！！！實在是很低級的錯誤。酒店行業一定一定要避免

因大雪困在慈利，入住富藍特樂酒店，位置就在離高速路口不遠的地方。房間非常乾淨，很整潔，沒有一點異味。空調，熱水都好好的。很不錯！
