Breakfast items were very limited and the staff seemed flustered. One guest asked if there was any more oatmeal and it’s like they took it to the back room and added water. There were no eggs and someone had to ask, then they opened the bag and made some. No variety of tea, coffee was cold,….just seemed off for a Hampton. Questionable English speaking, so not sure they fully understand what guests were requesting. Disappointing Hampton stay since this was a surprise little getaway for my husband, traveling south.

This is not a typical Hampton Inn that we have always found to be a 4/5 star lodging. It seems that the manager isn’t aware of many basic needs and hasn’t trained the desk staff adequately as the young man who was there at our check-in was unable to answer some of the most basic questions we had. This was a disappointing stay after previous stays at a Hampton Inn in Carlisle, PA

My ac made tons of noises throughout the night , definitely needs fixed. I could not get any sleep. Upon arrival, my tv did not work . No other room was offered instead the front desk said maintenance was coming. 20 mins later there was no one. I end up finding the issue.

Hotel was nice, clean, well lit hallways. Pool was clean and decent sized. Only thi g I would suggest, is that they need another waffle maker, there was a line for the one.
Sammys burgers are right next door. Good food. But they do have a surgcharge to use plastic.

The hotel was very clean, manager on duty was very friendly and accommodating. Maybe one thing to add would be a listing of restaurants around the area that are most popular (we stumbled across a place Blue Ash Chilli) which was noticed by Guy Ferrari Diners, Drive Ins and Dives and found out from our waitress that there are several restaurants around the area in which he featured them on his show. Will definitely recommend this hotel to travelers.

On the first day we notice that the bath tub drain was slow and wait for the next day.It was worst and reported to the front desk.Breakfast was not that good.
