Maintenance is going worse every time... I will not stay in this hotel anymore in the future. Many complaints about this last stay.

Is well locatedand has a pool ideal for the family.
I didnt like several things, quality has been reduced drastically in this hotel.

Friendly staff. Security was super nice and asked us to park in front where there are cameras and security posted to watch vehicle. Kitchen staff very nice but was disappointed they did not have wine available.
Room AC cooled but did not make for a comfortable night. Pillows could have been better

Una de mis peores experiencias en los Fiesta Inn, yo soy socio Fiesta rewards, por primera vez hice una reservación vía telefónica directa al hotel, al llegar me informan que tengo incluido dos Desayunos buffet al día siguiente y al presentarme en el restaurante del hotel me dicen que solo puedo tomar parte del buffet que no está incluido todo y debo pagar 250 extras por los 2 Desayunos y el tercero 400.00, cuando al llegar me dijeron que era desayuno buffet. Además la habitación no cierra la puerta del baño, el lavabo se sale. El teléfono no funciona bien.

Me parece caro para las instalaciones , habitaciones necesitadas de renovación, la regadera casi no sale, equipo de aire acondicionado viejo y ruidoso, para el precio de la habitación deberían de implementar los jabones normales, los dispensadores son para hoteles baratos

El hotel parece estar en remodelacion, se ven algunas áreas como qué están remodelando, la estancia tranquila, no me agrada que la reservación para 3 personas (pagas adicional por una persona extra en el cuarto) no te pongan 3 toallas ni 3 botellas de agua ni más café, y cuando solicité más café la respuesta es que el cuarto es para 2 personas 😵💫 pero pues al hacer la reservación, uno paga un adicional por la persona extra. Esto no me parece adecuado.

En restaurante podría mejorar el servicio. La señora de la estación de omelettes le falta un poco de amabilidad.
