The people in the hotel do not like to give towels in the front desk. Whenever you book for seven or eight days and then you need an extra day. They want to charge more money than the price you pay when you booking they don’t honor that you already have the room, and if you do not speak Spanish, they do not like to talk to you and the people to check in is nothing good

Checked in for a week. The place is under construction. Nothing works. Had to walk up stairs to 6th floor with bags. No laundry. No elevators. Very inconvenient and no warning or discounts. I booked on ******* and paid the full rate. Checked out after one day. I'm sure it's fine when it's not under construction but right now it sucks. Stay away until renovations are done. Only booked a room here from a recommendation from a YouTube video. They must have come here before the b-s. Call first.

Hotel is under construction, only one elevator works and it is service elevator, takes forever to go up and down. Gym and business center not available, breakfast buffet has limited options and there are no tables to sit, you have to take food to go. Room carpet is dirty, the price is way too expensive for what the hotel offers, we only stayed because it is walking distance to Plaza Las Misiones but I would not pick it again if I need to come back.

They are in construction so they only have 1 elevator working and it is very slow.
