The location of the hotel is good, but it is too noisy. There is an air compressor downstairs for 24-hour use. The room smells bad.

Heater does not work room was cold all night long and room was not well clean mirrors and windows were all dirty floor does not look too clean and towels were too old not comfortable at all

The rooms was a bit cold, we called hotel service for some to come up to turn on the heater, but no one came. The safe box was not working. We call room service to help us with that safe box but we were told ignored!!

The staff was excellent-so friendly and helpful! The facility was clean and comfortable, but had a few minor glitches that were promptly repaired. Although the hotel is close to the US Consulate is near, you have to take a cab because of heavy traffic and narrow to non existent sidewalks.
