Room was clean - Check in was quick, Breakfast offered more than most we have stayed at. Overall, very good.

We were caught in a Blizzard so ended up staying in Clayton. The receptionist was super nice, patient and loving. She did more that what she had to do, to make everyone coming in feel safe and warm. The hotel it self was clean, and parking was big enough. We travel as a family.

We stayed during the blizzard. The manager was amazing! She handled a busy situation well. The facility was nice.

When we got to our room it looked like the floor had not been vacumed. There was can lids, dirt and hair all in the corners of the room. When I went to make some tea there was already a used coffee pod in the coffee maker.

Great location off the Highway and great parking. Although the property is somewhat dated, it's clean and just what we needed for one night. The price as right as well as there weren't many choices of where to stay in Clayton NM. Glad I picked this property.

We were passing through and need a place to sleep, called last minute for a 2am check in and a8 am check out, literally just sleeping through a winter storm. The lady at the desk was kind and helpful, and quick! She was the most efficient at a hotel check in I’ve had in years. Which was nice since we were so tired. Beds are comfortable and the rooms were clean. Nothing fancy but perfect for a quick stop to rest. They offered breakfast consisting of cereal, biscuits, gravy, eggs and waffles. If we need a quick rest stop again while passing through we will stay here.. if I had a complaint it would be the parking. They allowed several large work truck trailers to park long wise taking up 5 spots.

Very happy with the comfort of the bed and pillows were plump. Also they provided a shower chair in the handicap room. A little disappointed in the breakfast and that i had to carry all our items from my vehicle a bit far for handicapped.
