I checked in after a successful reservation on Ctrip on the evening of June 2, local time in the United States. At that time, I paid the full amount online to Ctrip. If you checked out at 10:00 a.m. local time on June 3 in the United States, at 11:00 a.m. before leaving the hotel, you also asked the front desk to ask whether the deposit guaranteed by the credit card will not be deducted? The front desk staff replied that the room has been checked and there is no wear and tear, so no charge will be charged. But after a day, I found that I had deducted an extra $150 on the CCB transaction result notification. I negotiated with the hotel and the hotel replied that the deduction was the room fee. I said that the room fee had been paid online. The hotel needs a deep cleaning. The breakfast provided also needs some improvement. Not the best Hampton Inn I’ve stayed at. I think the location to the university allows them to charge more and offer average conditions.

We came for a Clemson football game, hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was clean and very comfortable. Loved being able to walk to the game from the hotel

The full size beds were too small, consider Queen like most other quality hotels.
Lack of onsite laundry facilities is unacceptable.

The staff was friendly. The hotel and my room were clean. The complementary breakfast was brilliant! Would recommend requesting a room closer to the front of the building to allow for a little more distance from the adjacent railroad tracks.
