The stay was pleasant and good. Staffs in reception and the room service was good. Had a good stay here. Ambience was good and the room was spacious and neat in good condition. Thank you holiday-residency

Property is in very bad condition. Starts from check in, booked for a non smoking room and when we entered in the room my god, Previous guest must have smoked 20 packets inside the room,That small it was. We were hungry so went to restaurant, Ordered food for 6 members but they served food for only 4 persons. At last so called , ***ager came after 45 minutes and told us our ordered food not available. Great... My kids were really hungry so i don't want to take a chance so ordered food through online for dinner. Went personally to reception at 10.15 and informed them to give us plates in our room. Believe me we have not received plate until 11.45, so went to reception and asked them regarding this they didn't even bothered. This is not the place who seek good service or comfortable stay with family. They are charging for a 3 star property but. Lodges are better than this. Please beware and stay away. Note: I don't need any Excuse replies plz....

We stayed in this hotel enroute to cochin as an overnight stay. We were a family of 3 with a couple and a child. The room that they. Gave first was so dirty and shabby on first floor. Then we had to complain to the ***ager who then put us on 3rd floor. It was better than 1sr floor but definitely not worth the money. Shabbily maintained. Will never visit again.

The hotel can do much better. Rooms were not cleaned properly. Curtains barely hanging on to its holder. Washroom stained with watermarks not cleaned for ages. Bed hasn’t been cleaned for ages. Quite a dingy feel. Do stay if you’ve minimum expectations

Me and my husband visited hotel for dining.. Food is very tasty and yummy.. Especially chef babu. Personally he met us at restaurant to make sure how was our food and make us comfortable. Thank u chef and team Will definitely visit again

Chambre très sale, et exiguë,literie douteuse, nous avons de***dé à changer de chambre. Du coup la deuxième était beaucoup plus confortable et plus propre. Hôtel en centre-ville, mais chambre plutôt calme, ce qui est un bon point. Petit-déjeuner très correct, personnel agréable.
