A motel with a broken air conditioner and no elevator on the second floor is acceptable. However, the car parking area is not in front of the room. The light in the bathroom is also broken. After check-in, they were off work and could not change the room and there was no one to provide service. The experience was terrible.

The girls on the reception were very pleasant, professional and helpfully. The room was very nice, clean and lots of space. Would be an ideal place to stay and use as a base to visit places around Collie like to dam mural, Gnome Ville and Furgerson Valley wineries.

Its a shame that we stayed there during renovations as there was nothing to do on site other than have a BBQ.
We stayed here as a family of 5 and were under the impression that there was a playground. We learned that the playground was no more and the pool they had installed was unusable.
There isn't much choice in Collie so I may stay here again.

Absolutely gross. Woke up in the middle of the night to find cockroaches crawling on my stuff. Reported it to reception who seemed concerned and gave me change to wash my clothes. Offered me free meals,in which I declined , and said that the manager would come and see me. He never even showed. I had to go to the shop and buy my own surface spray at $17.50 per can to decomtaminate my stuff. Now I just hope that no eggs are still on my stuff somewhere. This could have been sorted out by a simple apology and at least a offer of refund. But NOTHING.
