The service is a bit poor. For example, no matter how long you stand there, the staff are busy with their own business and ignore you. This may be different from the domestic culture. I booked a big room on the top floor. Air conditioner cooling is poor. Complained to the front desk many times, and the room could not be changed, as if I was deliberately looking for trouble

酒店給評個三星半最多了！！
沒有拖鞋，沒有洗漱用品，沒有浴袍，沒有吹風機！房間小的要命！早餐難吃的要死！
泳池？？您千萬別信！！如果説5×4米算是泳池的話！！！還要加收6歐元！！
我就納悶，國內酒店服務水平不是從西方引進的嗎？為什麼西方的酒店服務**至此？？？
