I haven’t stayed at this hotel in a few years and I must say. It was better than before. The entire staff deserves a raise.

Check in was quick and kids got cookies. Hotel is beautiful and updated. The room was clean. One of the beds didn’t have a comforter and was told they didn’t have any extras. Hot water is hit or miss. Key cards randomly deactive. The staff is friendly. The amenities are great. Indoor pool was nice in negative weather.

I stayed frequently about 20 years ago. I was pleased to find the hotel just as it was upon my last visit many years ago. The entire place was clean and had been kept very updated. The staff were friendly and efficient with the exception of housekeeping. I understand that the rooms are not cleaned every day but after my 3rd night i requested the room be cleaned and it was not cleaned. I did not even receive toilet paper and clean towels. In addition, i left a drawer full of clothes when i checked out. I called the front desk within hours and was transferred to housekeeping. The person that i spoke with spoke very little English but said that she would check. As she was hanging up i asked if she wanted the room number and my name and number and she said "on no, i check" and hung up. I had my relatives that live in colorado Springs go to the double tree the next day and check where the front desk put housekeeping on the phone and they reported that nothing was found. So far i have spent $200 replacing those clothing items

Thermostat in room would not allow you to control the tempature. The vacuum had not been run in the room and the carpet looked dirty and had several bad areas that were stringy.

Clean, spacious, comfortable rooms. Staff was very friendly. Common areas were beautiful and functional. A terrific location close to amenities.

The non-profit I work for held a fundraising event that included a silent auction. We were assured the room was secure and when volunteers were briefly out of the room, a ring valued at close to $1,800 was stolen. Doubletree staff were the only people in that room during that time. A police report has been filed and we will prosecute.

The lobby was decorated very nicely. The text messaging feature was very nice and the ladies were very responsive to my questions/requests. Room service was fast. Nice rooms. Only thing that was frustrating was the fact that there were so many festivities at this hotel that we werent able to find parking later in the evenings both nights as a paying guest

We were checked into our room. Upon arriving to our room we noticed brown goo substance smudged all over the surfaces of the hotel. It had obviously not been cleaned. I told guest services and they promptly offered us a new room. When we noticed it was adjacent to the unclean room we asked if there was a different room avaliable on another floor as the cleaning staff would have been the same in the room offered. They told us there was no other room for us that was the last one. We asked kindly if we could just cancel and get a refund and we would find another hotel. The woman we spoke to told us she would cancel our next night but we couldnt get a refund for that night. We reluctently went to the new room offered hoping it was just a fluke. When we entered the new room it was obviously not clean either. The bathroom floors had hairs from previous guests, the toilet had debree in it, the coffee pot was covered in grease and finger prints. My husband then went to the sliding glass door that led outside. The seals were non existant and the door was unsafe as someone could easily have pryed it open because the locks were loose. We called ******* about the issue, they called the property twice about the incident and the property refused to help in any way. We left the property and made reservations at a hotel nearby. When i contacted the hotel the next day they said they would not under any circumstances refund us. I had driven 6 hours through a blizzard to get
