By far, this place is a Awesome place to stay. The staff and our needs were met. We had no issues with noise or disruptions from anyone. Definetly consider this a place to stay to others.

After making my reservation online, i called to confirm the room i reserved would be far from all high traffic/noisy areas. My room was confirmed. A few days later asxwe drove to our destination, i received a call explaining that the hotel was undergoing renovations = noise. And that my room was no longer available. Although a discount was given and
I was reassured that the noise would not be a problem. However, it was. One night, it sounded like someone was doing jumping jacks in the room above us after 10 pm. Another night I woke up around 1 am to seval women being very loud in the lobby, which was about 20-ft from our room. The sink water did not work, I checked the valves under the sink. They were on.

Property is under major renovation. Immense construction noise. The first two floors have not yet been renovated but are in dire need of it.

The property was average but the room was horrible. Smelled like a mixture of mold, mildew and smoke. Curtains were outdated and let light in. It was bad. I got the room for someone else, but if I had to stay there I wools have asked for refund

The staff was so unprofessional when you check in and during checkout. Veterans friendly it's a fraud. The room was under construction, holes on the bathroom, crack on the wall and the door.Dont even think of watching TV. TV remote is not in the room you have to get from the front desk. He handed you one that is too dirty no batteries.Breakfast if you did not get there by 8am no coffee no eggs,no juice. You ask for a refill the frontdesk said if you did not get some you stuck with just the waffles.My husband was a 2 war veteran hero but for the lady in the front desk to just ignore him when he ask if they are refilling an orange juice no class. Worst place we ever stayed at.Its a dump.

Stay was okay, priced for what you get. Building is under renovation so it isn't at potential. We were on the third floor and there appeared to be a water line on the interior room door (from flooding?) Perhaps it was moved from a lower room. I'm from a family that wasn't well off growing up so this caliber of hotel isn't shocking to me. People were friendly, real salt of the earth types. 2 star hotel
