Hotel is located near the old town of Covilha. The hotel and room are very comfortable and clean. Well equipped with a spa and excellent gym equipment. Room is of a good size, quiet, and the beds are firm and very comfortable. Hotel reception was very professional and met our needs. There is ample parking space outside as well as underground. Breakfast is good and enjoyable. Finally the hotel is priced well to the value it offered. If in the area we will definitely stay at this hotel.

The hotel room was very clean, the staff very friendly and helpful. Indoor garage and outdoor parking spaces. Nice heated indoor pool. The breakfast was delicious. Supermarket next door is very handy.

I have been here many times. The location and the facilities are good and every time I bring groups there (I am a tour guide from Israel) - people are satisfied, The food both breakfasts and dinners are good as well. The only disadvantage is the steep entrance that is not easy to climb with luggage.

O restaurante do hotel tem um bufet maravilhoso. Os serviços prestados pelo Sr. Luís (garçom, se não me engano) nota 10! Excelente, prestativo, preciso na comunicação e na sugestão de um bom vinho. Os outro garçons também muito atenciosos e prestativos.

Hotel localizado na avenida principal da Covilhã, o que se torna um pouco barulhento. Simpatia dos empregados, nomeadamente na zona das refeições. Pequeno almoço q.b, para um 4 estrelas.No entanto, acho que deviam primar por apresentar mais alimentos tipicos da zona. Zona do SPA, piscina interior, muito congestinada devido ao fluxo de tantos hospedes, nomeadamente permitirem a entrada de crianças na zona do SPA. Decoração Natalicia com muito bom gosto. Hotel a necessitar de alguma remodelação.

A minha classificação é em parte por não ter tido oportunidade de experimentar tudo no hotel, nomeadamente o restaurante. Mas sendo um 4* há que referir pontos a rever urgentemente, nomeadamente nos acessos: a rampa na entrada tem uma inclinação fora das normas seguramente além de muito polido assim como as escadas, incompreensível. Os 3 lugares reservados para pessoas com distico estavam ocupados por carros sem distico, sendo privado o hotel tem de assumir a responsabilidade de evitar que isso aconteça. No mesmo tema, o acesso á piscina interior obriga a uma passagem na rua para uma cadeira de rodas e já dentro do recinto da piscina, não existe acesso da cadeira á zona de entrada na piscina para além da barra de entrada solta. São detalhes, o hotel deverá ter 30 ou 40 anos talvez, mas 4* deveria ter outro significado.

Magnífico hotel, moderno, con personal muy agradable y profesional; intalaciones muy amplias y confortables, hasta con una sala de estar paara los niños con juegos y demás. Desayuno incluido magnífico en el que no faltaba de nada. Situado a unos 2- 3 km. del centro, todo cuesta arriba (la ciudad entera es una prolongada cuesta). Imprescindible vehículo si te aoljas en este hotel. Para mi gusto MUY RECOMENDABLE.
