Amazing breakfast. Met the cook and he is very passionate about making a good breakfast and it shows. Simply amazing place. Hot tub was very warm.

Housekeeping occurs only every 3rd day—have to go to the front desk for fresh towels. The smell of pot in the hallway outside our room was common. The one morning we went down for the free breakfast, the hot meal employee didn’t show up, so we ate a waffle at the self-serve station with hard boiled eggs and a yogurt.

Had to get room switched due to assigned room not being cleaned. New room good. Breakfast surprisingly exceded expectations.

The hotel is old and the rooms need an update. The pool is patched but still shedding its lining in places. We were given an incorrect room at first. After some discussion we were moved to the room we had booked. The bed was ok.

I asked the girl working at front desk to let me in my room because I forgot my key inside and right away she gives me this rude attitude She asked me a few questions being rude about every answer I was giving. She says I need my ID so I tell her is in side the room and I can provide that if she opens my room. She asked to follow her. once she opens the room I go in side the room and she stays out by the door I grab my ID and handed it to her she proceeded to say that that doesn’t look like me so I tell her that’s is me and she says one more time oh well that doesn’t look like you at all and throws a set of card keys at my face so I look at her and asked why she did that and she says you gotta catch so i tell her that’s rude you do t just throw things at peoples faces and she says well you gotta catch and I also did it because you tried to touch my hand when you handed me your ID. She’s not only rude she will lie about stuff. When I asked her to call the manager she gave me all this excuses. She’s not picking up, phone is not working, we can’t give any info on the manager so she just tried to avoid a complain from me.
Shout out to MARIA! Cleaning lady who was super nice all my staying. Such a sweet and nice lady the only reason why I would go back to this hotel! hard worker as well.

Was very surprised after all the years this hotel has been in Craig how well kept up it is, especially since lots of workmen have stayed here over the years.

The huge area without furniture or purpose was unusual upon check in. Although newly carpeted, doors and walls looked beat up.

Receptionist was disrespectful and unfriendly. Her greeting was, "Name!". Other than that it was a clean comfortable motel and a good price.
