O hotel é bem localizado, e tem um atendimento gentil na recepção. O café da manhã é saboroso e com reposição constante, servido em um ambiemte aconchegante, além de oferecer almoço com pratos executivos a preços competitivos. O chuveiro é revigorante e as janelas antiruido amenizam o barulho da avenida movimentada.
Todavia, há pontos que deixaram a desejar na estadia, à saber: o ar condicionado do quarto não pode ser utilizado, pelo mofo e pelo barulho incessante; não houve arrumação do quarto (mesmo chegando após as 15h no mesmo ); não havia leite quente no café da manhã, e tampouco disposição de alguém da cozinha para providenciar; nao havia acesso ao bonito terraço e a sua piscina; não houve qualquer apoio para descarregar as malas ou ajudar a carrega-las até a habitação; e o quarto atende estadias curtas, mas é pequeno para estadias mais longas.

Falta de isolamento acústico. O barulho dos quartos vizinhos foi muito ruim. A garagem é muito ruim. Dependendo do motorista ele não consegue tirar o carro de lá.

Viagem a trabalho
- demora para liberar quarto para o check in
- restaurante levou quase 50 minutos para preparar um omelete enquanto aguardava o check in
- recepção: pessoas sem muita simpatia, gentileza e facilitações
- hotel recebia evento e não estava preparado para isso
- hotel é grande e quando cheio, ruim de usar o elevador
- colchão de qualidade ruim
- área do evento excelente

Somente tivemos problema com a falta de cartões de acesso ao quarto, fazendo com que cada vez que íamos entrar no quarto, alguém da recepção vinha abrir. Café da manhã bom, quarto bom, serviços OK e boa localização.
