The staff went out of their way to help find me some hot chocolate for breakfast. I really appreciated that. She went out of her way to do that!

Staff was very attentive. Had fun voting on pumpkins that had been made. Great Mexican restaurant nearby. Beds weee comfortable and they had dove products for use in the shower: shampoo, conditioner and body wash. I loved I did not have to get those items out of my bag.

The Front Desk clerk was nice and friendly and tried to get us in quickly. Unfortunately, there were at least 3 housekeeping ladies not doing their job. One had her kid there, and all 3 kept smoking outside for at least 20 minutes at a time, while we waited for a room to be ready. There was 1 housekeeping lady older probably late 50s that was working and was very nice.

I was asked if I wanted housekeeping the next day & responded yes. All they did was pull the trash & replenish towels/washcloths. No bed making or coffee/tea replacement.

Hotel was quiet and able to accommodate our handicap needs that we requested at booking. But while checking-in, Amanda was not friendly and was unable to accommodate an early check-in or contacting us when the room was ready. Which would've been fine had it been communicated in a more friendly manner. We ended up having to leave and come back later.

It was nice that they had coffee and cookies available all day. The breakfast was above average. The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. My only issue was the Keurig coffee machine did not work so had to go downstairs in my jammies to get coffee.

The air conditioner was louder than necessary; but it is a wall unit. Overall, the hotel was excellent and I will definitely be staying there again.
