Some of the rooms are extremely warm with no air conditioning. The ceiling fan is not enough.
The pool could be better cleaned.

A very beautifull hotel..newly renovated and with two nice pools..one of them heated..the restaurant is good and inexpensive..the gardens are beautifull..the only downside is that it is a bit far from everything..but with a car that is solved..I recommend this hotel

Está muy bonito el hotel, sin embargo las políticas del hotel echan todo a perder, la alberca está helada y como fui con dos pequeñas niñas nos condicionaron la entrada al área del SPA, donde supuestamente el agua estaría más caliente ( cosa que no fue cierta) En total pagamos por 4 adultos y 2 niñas $4,000.00 (incluía un sauna y dos masajes anti stress de 30 minutos) hasta aquí sentí que era un robo por parte del hotel, pero digamos que pactado por las 2 partes. Lo peor vino después. Compré 2 gelatinas con forma de “pato” para mis nietas en la panadería La Esperanza y las llevé a la mesa del restaurante para que las pequeñas las pudieran comer, y el mesero me comenta, por “política” del hotel se le agregaran $20.00 por cada gelatina. Nunca más regreso a ese hotel, ni mucho menos lo recomiendo. adiós 👋

Los jardines, la alberca y SPA en excelentes condiciones. Muy mal los canales de la TV; solo antena aérea y no se veian todos y algunos mal. Las toallas no fueron ni para tenderlas a secar pues no las cambiarion.

La limpieza desastroza. El baño estaba sucio cuando llegamos, la taza de baño aun con orines. Nos lavaron ya que avisamos. a la noche abrimos la cama para dormir y sorpresa... vellos *****os y cabello. UN ASCO de limpieza; al pedirle en la receptción que nos ayudaran, nos cambian a otro cuarto y el baño igual de sucio... nos tuvimos que ir de ahí a las 10pm. Consejo, nunca se hospeden en este hotel. Ni siquiera nos hablaron para ofrecer una disculpa.

Muy recomendable, muy limpio y magnifico servicio en restaurante y spa. Habitación excelente nosotros estuvimos 3 noches y descansamos muy bien muy buena ubicación alejado del posible bullisio del turismo.
