小孩子比較多，適合家庭，有一片私人海灘，就是海灘不夠平整，石子較多，海景和我後面去的費特希耶的酒店比起來略有遜色；酒店服務一半一半吧，有的staff較為熱情，有的態度一般；設施比較陳舊，衞生感覺一般般，不如費特希耶這邊的酒店；全包的餐食怎麼説呢，早餐晚餐較為豐盛，午餐很一般，在這裏呆三天實在是吃的有點膩了。

This is our 7th stay at this hotel. We opted for staying at the lake house section of the resort. The amenities and service are superb and I duly recommend the experience. It was my wife’s birthday and we decided to celebrated this auspicious event at the fish restaurant of the resort. Although the restaurant was closed due to Sunday night low check-ins, they opened it for us and treated us to a truly magical night of superb service and delectable Turkish starters, assorted sea food and several types of grilled fish. Özer, the Maitre D’ and his team plus the chef were extremely polite, kind and congenial as they have been in our past visits - always ready to put a smile on our faces… We do thank the staff members of the fish restaurant and Hilton management in making last night an unforgettable night for my family & I. We shall be back. I can stated this with absolute certainty.

I have just returned from an amazing family holiday at the Hilton Dalaman resort. It was a brilliant 10 day stay. - Rooms were clean and well maintained. - There was a good selection of pools and a good aqua park for hotel status. Some pools, like the main water slide pool had funny opening hours (10 to 12, 2 to 5, closed in-between). - The general ambience and appearance of the hotel is well presented. - Food was good quality. On some quieter days, the buffet items were not very warm in the main restaurant. - There was a good bar and cocktail service, including a beach bar. - Entertainment was good, but repeats on a weekly schedule. As does the food. - All staff were generally friendly and helpful. - The hotel had an animal farm area for young children.

We stayed with our two kids and came with friends and their 3 kids ages 7 10 and 14 Kids had a fantastic time the life guards at the slide pool were amazing and so friendly and the kids loved them There was enough slides for all ages and braveness The African acrobat show was amazing and the apocalypse show was great and got us all up We came week after Easter holidays and the hotel was very quiet so some of the restaurants were closed The Vento restaurant was lovely for lunch and all the staff go above and beyond to make your trip a breeze To be really picky by the end of the week we was a bit bored of the food but maybe as was quiet the didn’t do many options And again the kids entertainment for the younger two was a bit to young for them but again I think mainly because there was no other kids their age to bounce off as was really quiet But overall I would recommend the hotel we had about 20/ 30 families here with us when usually it has 1600 people here so it was very quiet. But lovely.

I am completely disappointed in the hospitality we received. We emailed to ask to book for the day at the spa, we initially received a very warm welcome stating that they had availability for us, we didn’t need to book but turn up at any time that day and they couldn’t wait to serve us. When we turned up at the front gate they made us wait 10 minutes whilst they contacted reception giving us terrible looks and then asked us for our passports like we were criminals and still wouldn’t let us through so we spent a lot of money on a taxi to and from our hotel… this was entirely embarrassing and upsetting

I didn’t stay at the hotel but visited the Elysian Spa and it was amazing! Had a Sultan Hammam and an aroma masssage from Zeynep who is the most wonderful therapist. She has magic hands. Highly recommend.

Amazing hotel! The staff could not do enough for you! The entertainment was great, the food was delicious, the water sports down the beach were first class, lots to choose from. The kids also went scuba diving (this is booked onsite) very health and safety conscious and extremely good value for money. “Speedy” who does the professional photos on site is very friendly and does so many good ones it’s very hard to pick! We all went kayaking on the river also which was fantastic! The cleaners came in every day and did towel art sometimes. The staff work so hard day and night. No matter what or who you tip here, in my opinion it isn’t enough for the amount of class each member of staff holds. So professional. The beach bar is such a lovely place to chill.

We have just returned from a weeks stay at the Hilton Sarigerme and can honestly say it was the best holiday we have ever had. We didn’t think anything could beat our previous holidays with Voyage both in Torba and in Bodrum or with Hilton in Turbuku but this holiday exceeded them all. The staff can’t do enough for you and nothing is too much trouble and always with a happy hello and a warm smile. The hotel is spotlessly clean both inside and out, the landscaping is beautiful and a credit to the gardeners who keep them immaculate. The food is delicious and plentiful with lots of choice for all tastes. We stayed over the school holidays and even then due to its size it never felt overcrowded. The entertainment was first class we especially loved the set up in the Breeze Bar. Our thanks to all of the staff who made our stay a good one we look forward to coming to visit again in October.
