特別乾淨，離地鐵站很近，去哪都很方便，老闆服務態度特別好，很熱情，如果有朋友來大連絕對會推薦這個酒店，住的很舒服，特別是投影效果很好，孩子看的動畫片和大人看的電視劇電影很全，老闆給開通了會員，衞生間很大，洗澡的水流也很大，洗護用品也很好，入住感覺特別好！

服務人員特別好，熱情招待，因為自駕，還幫助還預留了停車位，房間特別乾淨，環境安靜，離海邊很近，性價比超高，附近步行就可以到達海邊，港東五街，海之韻等景點，入住感受體驗非常好，周邊也有地鐵，出行也方便，期待下次入住。

裝修得很温馨，房間非常乾淨！！！住的很舒適。出門走一百米就到地鐵站，附近也很便利，什麼都有，離海之韻、威尼斯水城很近，到海邊溜達也就幾分鐘路程。老闆很熱情，還幫忙辦理了提前入住，下次來大連還會選擇這家民宿～

房間很好，是一個公寓式酒店，房間配套設施很齊全，老闆人超級好，事事有迴應，因為週末兩天陰天下雨，沒有好好看看大連，稍有遺憾，下次一定還來大連！

這裡有中西合璧色彩斑斕的建築威尼斯水城，漫步在水城感受異域風情。
漫步海邊棧道定格一張張温柔日落的海邊，便能斬獲絕美的晚霞。這裡有文創小店、海邊咖啡館和朋友推杯換盞的海鮮排檔。
這裡有山海交融的壯美—海之韻公園。沿着山路可以到達棒棰島公園。
復古電車始發站在這裏，光影電車在這裏，帶你一秒穿越魔法世界。

房間很乾凈，房間也寬敞，距離東港五街非常近，離威尼斯水城大約6～7分鐘路程，去海之韻公園或者噴泉廣場都可以步行，打車也都是起步價
