I've stayed at this location multiple times. It is a good location and I enjoy the house band in the pub (located in the basement). The Kempeski is definitely showing its ago, however. The marblework in the bathroom is cracked and some of the flooring is stained. The public bathroom (to the right of the lobby) is in desperate need of a makeover, i.e. recaulk the edges of the lavatory and do a deep steam cleaning of all tile. Breakfast was superb and the wait staff was doing a great job turning tables around for the next customers. I would probably stay again, but only if the prices are reduced.

I can safely say Intercontinental is one of the best hotels in Dalian after having stayed in many Dalian hotels. For starters we got a room upgrade and early check in and late check out. The hotel also gave us complimentary coffee and fruit soon after checking in. The room was clean, comfortable, modern and had a gorgeous city view. The amenities were satisfactory and their Breakfast buffet had a wide range of Western and Chinese cuisine to choose from. Special thanks to Jason from the fitness centre and Winnie and Kevin from the front desk for their excellent service they especially made sure our stay was enjoyable. The only downside is that I think the Chinese restaurant staff could use some training the service there was the least professional but in my opinion it didn't takeaway from the overall experience.

The front desk manager Liu Dongzhe called in advance and prepared a satisfactory room. The hotel lobby is quiet and elegant. The breakfast is delicious. Dessert master Yu Hailin praised the exquisite craftsmanship. The room style is good and gives people a feeling of home. I will continue to stay in this hotel next time I come to Dalian for a business trip.

Hotel Nikko is a throwback to the 1990's. It is well maintained and very comfortable hotel. In fact, I moved from another 5 star hotel to this one mid weekend. The decor is a little dated, BUT of the 3 hotels in downtown Dalian that I have used over this last year I think Nikko is my favorite. Their service is excellent. The food is good. (Breakfast is great and the Japanese restaurant is good) The atmosphere of the hotel is very nice and upscale. I like that there is a Lawson's near the lobby, in the adjoining office/apartment building. When I called to request they lower the temperature in my room, they said they could not adjust the thermostat; however, they did offer me a fan. Within 5 minutes housekeeping brought a very nice standing fan which worked great. My next trip downtown I think I'll start with Hotel Nikko.

The room was very big and very clean. Beds were comfortable. Heating was a little weak so room never got really warm. Wouldn't be a problem in the summer though. Service was pretty friendly and efficient. Breakfast was good but no western choices. The only major problem we had was we ended up with noisy guests beside us on the second day who woke us up at 6 in the morning. The hotel wasn't busy. Maybe next time they can spread the guests out a little

This is a great little hotel. It was incredibly cute and the staff were nice too. They. couldn't speak much English, but they tried their best to assist us. I would have liked for their to be a bar, but we were told they didn't have one🤔. They did.however help us add the address of the hotel on the deliver app so we could order in. On the upside, if you love coffee, there's a Starbucks right next door. We came in with food in the evening that we wanted to warm up and were told the kitchen was closed and reception didn't have a key, so they couldn't access the microwave. One microwave in the entire hotel.. seems like there should be more 🧐. Overall I'd have to say I'll stay here again. It was very clean, quiet and I enjoyed the breakfast very much which was a buffet mix of Chinese and Western food.

This place is not easy to take a taxi and the room is small. The most wonderful thing is that the invoice is issued in the morning, it is manually invoiced, and electronic invoices cannot be issued. There are a lot of people in the row, the front desk is busy, at least 20 or 30 minutes. Then you can choose to mail the invoice and tell me to pay. I have lived in the hotel for so many years. The first time I heard that I was too busy to mail the invoice to the customer. This rule is very strange to be honest. It is very annoying to not be able to open others on the spot. Do you have to pay others? Is this still the service industry? Stayed in so many Vienna Internationals, this experience is really average.

The standard of the hotel under Jinjiang International Group is still guaranteed. I lived in a room on the third floor near the community, very quiet. The air conditioner seems to be a bit weak, and the hot wind stops for a while. I was afraid of trouble, I didn't find the service staff to deal with it. The location of the hotel is a bit far from the subway station, but it is still within walking distance. The nearby bus is also very convenient. The hotel has a large parking lot, which is much more convenient for parking. Check-in was very fast. The ladies at the front desk, Xiaoli and Xiaowan, checked me in together. The hotel is separated from Dalian Railway Station by a wall. My room is on the 5th floor. The windows are soundproof and do not affect sleep. The room is spacious, the bathroom partition is processed, the sink is open, the shower and the toilet are separated very well, and the space is enough. Staying on weekends, there is a team to stay, the corridor is noisy. Breakfast can still be eaten well, if you are not picky, you can eat well. Chinese food is mainly Western style. The breakfast time may be distinguished from the team, and it was not crowded when I went. There is a problem. When I checked in, my Trip.com rights were not mentioned at all. Since the price is not high, I did not ask. I hope that the front desk can take the initiative to mention it in the future.

This hotel is my favorite place to stay when I return to Dalian in 2023. Let me talk about the advantages: 1. Excellent location, you can solve everything in a hundred steps: 2. The bedding is excellent and your sleep is better than at home. 3. The room service lady is kind, diligent and responsive to all requests. 4. I really have a strong feeling when I come here this time. As a Dalian person, I know that we speak loudly and harshly, but you are the front desk. I really like the front desk of a big hotel in the city center. Dealing with yourself and guests in this way is good for yourself and the guests. The hotel's one is irresponsible! Evaluate carefully!
