I didn't stay there because after I made and paid for the reservation I googled Magnolia for reviews and found within the past couple of weeks people left horrible reviews saying the rooms were filthy, holes in the towels, dirty blinds, paint peeling, homeless people in the lobby, furniture chipped, and hair came out of bathroom drain. I just didn't want to take the chance of taking my daughter there. I made a reservation through another website for another hotel and lost my money for Magnolia. I would have used Trip.com but the other site had a better price. I know they claim price matching but since the reviews don't seem legit, I wasn't about to take the chance on the price matching.

Everything was terrific! Staff was friendly and accommodating. Great location right in the ATT discovery district.

The staff was top notch. The rooms were nice. The location downtown and lack of parking was the most frustrating part. The valet made that a bit more convenient but we waited 30 minutes for the valet to bring our car around.

Homeless right outside the hotel doors was a bit much.
Overall was a nice kinda quiet stay, need more parking space on the property especially for valet. Need some activities. Need food options. More dusting and wiping furniture would be great as well.

Staff was extremely friendly, cheerful and were able to accomodate our early check in. Our room was terrific in this historic hotel that showcases its charm. Walkable to anywhere in Central Dallas.

the staff at this hotel were great! very attentive and communicative. the hotel itself was just mediocre—the bed didn’t have a fitted sheet, several lightbulbs were burned out, and it just felt very outdated and not updated

Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Location was amazing! Walked to dinner, events, and fireworks. Our whole family came from all over and they accommodated us all!
