The hotel is relatively new, with complete facilities, neat and clean rooms, friendly service staff, simple breakfast, but there is free coffee and hot tea for 24 hours, room service is every other day, and the price on Ctrip is cheaper than that on overseas websites. This hotel should be the most cost-effective choice in this town.

Needed a place to stay near Dalton Convention Center and chose this hotel because of proximity. The staff was helpful and kind. The hotel is clean and conveniently located to nearby restaurants. The breakfast was included and very good. If I am ever in the area again, I will stay here. Rooms were very modern and updated and the lighting in the room was ideal! .

It’s a new property, therefore it’s updated & clean so I just hope they can keep it that way & maintain it well. It was a bit pricey though.

No hot water and no manager bothers to call back checked out at six at next day still no call from a manager

This was the worse stay I have had here I paid almost 200 for one night and because I booked through hotels.con they wouldn’t let me switch my room I had a shower and needed a bath tub for health issues and they would not help me this is the second stay here this month for me and both times I had to check out at 6.00 am because I can’t connect to the Wi-Fi to work and agin no one can help will not be booking through ********** agin and will not stay here agin
