Water linkage in room, full of mosquitos with Nonsense ***ager Juri Pradhan. Juri Pradhan is very nonsense ***ager very rude don't book from MakeMyTrip they don't have any hold on property, bloody faltu ***ager can cancel your booking any movement and you will be helpless with family members. As per Juri Pradhan customers are nonsense and not god for us. We can run property without any respect of family and customers. Make my trip had not given any support for refund as hotel is denied to give us room where we already paid online

This hotel I not good charge so much 6000/- it's not included breakfast and there are so ***y rules and regulations of during booking time not disclosed policies about hotel rooms not upto the worth of money. Please do not book this

I RECENTLY STAYED AT SILVER SAND BEACH RESORT IN DA*** NEAR DEVKA BEACH ON 1ST JULY, AND I MUST EXPRESS MY DEEP DISAPPOINTMENT WITH THE NUMEROUS ISSUES WE ENCOUNTERED THROUGHOUT OUR STAY. I FEEL IT IS IMPORTANT TO SHARE MY EXPERIENCE TO ALERT OTHER TRAVELERS TO THE PROBLEMS WE FACED. FIRSTLY, ONE OF THE MAJOR INCONVENIENCES WAS THE LACK OF CAR PARKING FACILITIES AT THE RESORT. THIS RESULTED IN UNNECESSARY HASSLE AND ADDED STRESS TO OUR TRIP, AS WE HAD TO SEARCH FOR ALTERNATIVE PARKING ARRANGEMENTS IN THE AREA. MOREOVER, THE BEHAVIOR OF THE VALET STAFF WAS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. THEY NOT ONLY DISPLAYED EXTREME RUDENESS BUT ALSO ENGAGED IN A VERBAL ALTERCATION WITH MY FRIEND, RESORTING TO THE USE OF OFFENSIVE LANGUAGE. SUCH UNPROFESSIONAL CONDUCT IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE IN THE HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY. FURTHERMORE, WE WERE REQUIRED TO DEPOSIT INR 1500/- FOR THE SAFETY OF THE RESORT'S PROPERTY. WHILE I UNDERSTAND THE NEED FOR SECURITY MEASURES, THE RESORT SHOULD HAVE COMMUNICATED THIS POLICY CLEARLY DURING THE BOOKING PROCESS. THIS UNEXPECTED DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT FELT UNNECESSARY AND INCONVENIENT. OUR ROOM ALSO HAD SEVERAL MAINTENANCE ISSUES. THE GEYSER WAS NOT WORKING, DEPRIVING US OF HOT WATER DURING OUR STAY. ADDITIONALLY, THE MAIN LIGHT SWITCH WAS FAULTY, CAUSING INCONVENIENCE AND DISCOMFORT IN TERMS OF LIGHTING WITHIN THE ROOM. THE CLEANLINESS STANDARDS AT THE RESORT WERE DEPLORABLE. THE BEDSHEET PROVIDED IN OUR ROOM WAS UNCLEAN AND EMITTED A FOUL ODOR, MAKING IT DIFFICULT FOR US TO SLEEP COMFORTABLY THROUGHOUT THE NIGHT. FURTHERMORE, TO OUR SHOCK AND DISMAY, THERE WAS AN ELECTRICAL SHOCK IN THE LIGHT SWITCH BOX, RESULTING IN MY FRIEND SUSTAINING AN INJURY. ADDING TO THE LIST OF DISAPPOINTMENTS, THE SWIMMING POOL HAD A FOUL SMELL, WHICH MADE IT UNPLEASANT AND UNHYGIENIC FOR GUESTS TO USE. OVERALL, I MUST SAY THAT OUR EXPERIENCE AT SILVER SAND BEACH RESORT WAS NOTHING SHORT OF A NIGHTMARE. THE LACK OF CAR PARKING FACILITIES, RUDE BEHAVIOR OF THE VALET STAFF, UNEXPECTED DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS, FAULTY ROOM AMENITIES, UNCLEAN BEDSHEETS, ELECTRICAL HAZARDS, AND UNPLEASANT SWIMMING POOL CONDITIONS ALL CONTRIBUTED TO A HIGHLY UNSATISFACTORY STAY. I URGE THE ***AGEMENT OF SILVER SAND BEACH RESORT TO ADDRESS THESE ISSUES PROMPTLY AND TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION TO IMPROVE THEIR SERVICES. SUCH NEGLIGENCE AND POOR STANDARDS ARE NOT WHAT GUESTS EXPECT FROM A REPUTED RESORT. I STRONGLY ADVISE POTENTIAL GUESTS TO RECONSIDER THEIR CHOICE OF ACCOMMODATION AND EXPLORE ALTERNATIVE OPTIONS TO ENSURE A PLEASANT STAY.

Very bad ***agement. Had come here after a decade. The Rooms are leaking and the ***agement just cleans up without informing the source of leak until you yourself discover it. There is no Hot Water kettle in the room. Asked for Hot water in a Thermos which never came. All in all try to avoid this place. The ***ager has all sorts of stories to tell if you complain about anything.

Overall stay was excellent with splendid view of ocean. One of the best hotel by radisson with best view. Services was very good and could handle full occupancy properly. Even at midnight calls they provide the services. Swimming pool and dinning area was maintained properly.

Pathetic room Service. Room is not at all. Room service is also pathetic. We ask them to provide extra plate they charge us 100 rs extra for that. If you order food from hotel kitchen min waiting time 1 hr. They also charge for extra one pillow, one extra towel.

The property is not as per the price. They dont have proper ac or bell on the door. The door Locks do not work properly. I am sharing this review for Super Deluxe. Please don't take standard ac room back view. The restaurant was not functional and parking also not available in the property. Pool was only good.

Good place to stay. Swimming pool was the main attraction. Rooms are basic but not unhygienic. Don't expect anything fancy like an actual resort. Found it quite affordable as compared to other places in the city. Staff was also quite helpful. If u planning to swim, do carry swimwear because their swimwear cost is too much
