The hotel is fine. But as I found everywhere I went in Florida, that most of the staff was in training, and incompetent. I called for the free shuttle waited an hour called again waited an hour and finally paid to get to the hotel. I questioned the shuttle driver and he said the front desk never informed him of a pickup. That was the first of quite a few bad experiences I had at this hotel. Hopefully they will get staff trained and service will improve. But I won’t be staying here again.

They need more front desk people. We couldn’t get an answer on the phone to arrangements to get a pick up. We had to Uber.

Really appreciated that I was able to check in early. They were super busy on a Monday for some reason but the front desk staff were still very nice. Should have got their names but much appreciated! I would definitely stay here again 👏

Not informed on arrival that no heat was available in the room. On enquiring was told this was a general problem with no fix scheduled. Window blind in room was not working either.

Easy checkin and friendly staff. My 12th stay
Slow pickup at airport. Kept calling hotel 15 to 20 tines, but never an answer. They said always busy on Sunday.

My family and I booked here for a 1 night stay to board our ship the next day overall hotel was nice and the staff was nice. Pool however was a bit cold and the tub needed a bit of cleaning but overall great stay, I would recommend.

The weather was chilly and windy so it made the pool cold-my kids still went swimming-but not as much as they wanted to.
The staff woman that checked us in was AMAZING!! I can’t remember her name, but I would definitely recognize her!
Transportation was great!
Bed was rock hard-but surprisingly comfortable.
A/C worked GREAT!!
Breakfast was good, my kids liked the eggs and pancakes best. It was a nice spread.
Staff we encountered were ALL super friendly!!!

Lovely place to stay overnight before our cruise. Shuttle to cruise port $20pp. Spacious room,except our bathroom was 'tired looking' and needed upgraded. Shower pressure not the best. Breakfast was plentiful with extra touches such as dried fruit,nuts and seeds. Handy to shopping centre. Would stay again if taking a cruise from Ft Lauderdale.

The only thing I like that it was closer to the airport. The girls at the front were very friendly in their customer service.
