從攜程網上同是遊客的評價知道的它，抱着試試看的態度來到客棧。不僅服務熱情，住宿條件不錯，房間佈置有特色，而且還離許多大同打卡地很近，真是不虛此行。於是接二連三在進行網上預訂。十分滿意。

這個客棧性價比特別高，地理位置優越，去哪都方便，樓下就是小吃夜市，特別熱鬧好吃的特別多，服務特別好，走路腳磨破了前台小姐姐還給找了創口貼，特別貼心到位。

住在鳳凰古城，選了這家鳳凰客棧，剛好碰到酒店裝修，但是還好不吵，客棧整體位置不錯，離各個景點都很近，一大早先去華嚴寺轉了一圈，周邊晚上吃的很多，各式山西麪食都可以嘗一嘗。

有非常棒的環境，温馨舒適！傳統的中國元素設計非常到位，居住安靜，整潔。性價比高！出門就是華嚴寺等景點！我是奔着雲岡石窟來的。大同真的可以做為一旅遊目的地的。現人己到靈石，無法提供圖片。

作為一個民宿來説，整體感覺還是不錯的，古香古色的裝修風格，倒是很符合“客棧”這兩個字，雖説隔音效果不能跟五星級酒店比，但既然是來住民宿，體驗感還是不錯的，衞生條件也不錯，很乾凈，周邊去哪裡也很方便，也算是吃住玩一個腳程就都解決了，老闆人很好。

總的來説鳳凰客棧性價比很高，衞生條件和服務都很好，主要是這個古風風格我和家人都特別喜歡，環境也很雅緻。住的這幾天，我還看見有專門到店裡來拍古風照取景的，很出片啊！從交通上來説，出門很容易就能打到車，古城內大部分景點不用坐車就可以步行到達，特別方便。吃完飯往東走就能到東城牆，上到城牆上拍照遛彎太方便了，景色也一級棒，現代和古代景色融為一體，尤其是傍晚，夕陽西下，晚霞和古城互相襯託，旅途的疲憊一掃而空！周邊吃飯也很方便，客棧出門就是喜晉道麪館，拐彎就是著名的鳳臨閣。真實居住感受，下次還會來住！

超值體驗位置就在華嚴寺對面，夜景超美，旁邊就是喜晉道，晚上很熱鬧，屋裡居然有浴缸🛁，超值體驗，能在景區中心住到這麼好的店，太棒了！

真是一次美好的體驗！我很少評價，但是鳳凰客棧值得推薦，裝修古樸，乾淨衞生，老闆娘和藹可親？離古城特別近，在老闆娘這裏買了燈會門票，便宜了10元錢，真不錯！

客棧環境很好，老闆娘服務態度也很好，就是熱水不夠熱，因為是冬天去的，沒熱水受不了，其他都很好，位置就再古城鐘樓對面，離華嚴寺很近
