本人是一名大學生，我們是來大同旅遊的，從大同南高鐵站來到了這間酒店。這間酒店距離大同萬達很近。離城內也不遠，説一説房間情況吧，房間裏無異味，乾淨整潔，前台服務都很棒，做事兒很利索。冬天房間裏的供暖很足，房間裏的燈光是温和系的。很温馨，我們這個房間也有一個陽台。還有桌子可供旅客看書玩電腦遊戲之類的。照片也都是我們住進來之後隔了好幾天在晚上才拍的，由於剛入住的時候並沒有拍整潔的房間，所以可能現在我們的房間稍微亂一點，但是白天出門的時候可以要求前台收拾房間。收拾的也非常乾淨。我是一個比較細心的人，也熱愛分享這些，希望對來大同旅遊的遊客（也包括學生黨之類的）盡一些綿薄之力，能更好的判斷更具性價比的酒店，也説了很多，總之！這是一次很棒的住宿體驗！

住了兩天，第二天重新定的房，很巧的是還是住的前一天的房，結果就發現床單都沒給換，因為第一天就發現床單上有筆印，第二天入住發現和前一天的一樣，同樣的位置還是有筆印，嚴重懷疑床單被罩都沒給換，瞬間好心情都沒了。這不是欺騙消費者嗎？

房間很乾凈，隔音也不錯，周邊吃飯的地方也很多。老闆在房間裏準備的東西也很精心，護髮素、消毒洗手液等等其他這個價位酒店不常備的都有，最讓我驚喜的是一次性拖鞋非常舒服，好評。

我就説一個事兒：我半個多月前定的10月3號到5號入住，過了這麼多天且假期事多應酬多，我把訂酒店這事兒給忘了（這是我的原因我認栽）結果這酒店提前也不發個短訊或者打個電話通知我入住，10月3號我一晚上沒過去住你酒店***也不知道給我打個電話問問啥情況？要不是我第二天一早突然想起這事兒來你酒店是不是想悶聲幹賺兩宿的錢啊？按規則浪費的一晚上錢，我不要了，沒事，但是你酒店這服務這消極怠慢的態度我也是醉了，最後祝你早點倒閉吧。

前台有個小夥子服務不錯.很細心.奶茶做的也不錯.房間窗簾爛了.熱水澡洗一半沒了.後半程洗了涼水澡.衞生一般.房間有穿過沒處理的拖鞋.很實尷尬.價格總體和衞生.設施不匹配.
