They were doing some remodeling, but everything was still clean and tidy. The single elevator makes some really loud scary noises, but no issues. Room was very comfortable. There was no conditioner in the shower, but that was a minor thing. The bed was super comfy, and the breakfast wasn't bad at all.

They did not let me know till the day of, that they were under construction. Nails in the hallway, blue painters tape on the fixture in my room. Room smelled of paint. I had to go through the side door, as the front wasn’t available for entrance. Went in through the side door to go get checked in, but as I walk up the hallway which divides the hallway and the dining area, there was an individual working on the floor tiles. Looked like they were cementing them down and I actually had to jump over. Which someone could definitely fall having to do that. The elevator didn’t work all the time, so we had to carry all our luggage to the second floor, all the way down the hallway. We saw elderly people pulling their luggage down . The staff was very friendly and the bed was comfy.

We always stay in this hotel, but there was construction going on, elevators were closed at night and my mom (who walks with a cane) had to go up 3 flights of stairs.

Hotel is under renovation.. people should get a discount but is not the case I stayed on the 3rd floor elevator was broken there’s mess all over the place is not worth the price I paid ..for the positive thing is the beds are comfortable.. For future stay I rather use the Hampton inn across the street .

First, the hotel was remodeling, and the front lobby is a mess, which they should definitely mention somehow and have discount for it. The room I lived was remodeled and clean. The service was good. However, secondly, the AC was so noisy it was impossible to sleep with AC on. That was deal breaker for me. Quality of sleep is No. 1 important thing for me when picking hotel.

Very loud construction in the lobby checking in. We used the side door the rest of the stay. They were sawing and working Thanksgiving.

Everything was wonderful. The room was clean, bed comfortable, large bathroom. The staff was incredibly kind and courteous. Will definitely stay here again. The hotel is centrally located to to shopping and dining establishments.
