Very good hotel environment and spacious. The facilities are great with big swimming pool and gym room. I got a free afternoon tea which is nice and you can feel like you are staying in foreign country for vacation. Location is easily accessible with lots of parking area. Recommended to couples or families stay. One things need to be improved will be the breakfast buffet (inclusive) is fair but not many variety. However, overall experience is excellent.

Rebecca and Naomi gave us excellent customer service at the front desk. Helped with taxis, COVID-19 tests, and overall everything and anything about the resort and hotel. We enjoyed our stay here because of the service this hotel gave us. “Foreigners” friendly and staff do speak English for visitors convenience. We enjoyed the big swimming pool. Swimming pool was and is family, couples, adults and children-friendly. Plenty of lifeguards around to assist and take care of swimmers. A few floaters and volleyball space to enjoy in the pool. Great hotel and a stone throw away from the city centre and buzzing nightlife clubs and pubs. Between 10-15 mins drive. See you next time.

I had a nice time here even though it was during a stressful time with Covid. The pool was closed and I couldn’t get the AC to work. But the food was good and it was so peaceful for a staycation since we couldn’t leave the city. I’ll book again in the future.

Where to begin? The location of the hotel is very convenient and the building is beautiful. The staff of this hotel is the best of any hotel I've stayed in, in china! The bellhop ( Ethan) that greeted me and helped me with my bags was highly professional. The check in process was quick and the gentleman spoke English so it made the process very easy for me. I celebrated my birthday this past weekend at the hotel and the staff was so kind to leave a delicious cheesecake and card. , personally signed by the staff for me in my room. I will be coming back here when I visit again.

The room is clean and big enough. Half of the walls in the room I live in are large floor-to-ceiling windows. You can see the city environment outside. It looks very nice when the city lights are on at night. The bedding is also very good. I just have a little comment. When we checked in yesterday afternoon, because my husband likes to make tea, a friend came to talk about things. There was not enough water in the room. Glad, many mid-sized hotels are now almost serviced by robots. Keep pace with the times!
