This hotel was okay close to city Centre but actually I’m not a nice location. The towels were ripped not nice and was clean enough. However it included breakfast which was okay. For a night or two it’s fine.

The hotel looks tall, but the rooms are actually average, some old and some small, and the breakfast is very simple. The overall feeling is so-so, but the price is too expensive, such a price can live in better hotels in Dongguan.

酒店有免費的停車場 掃一次，就可以免24小時哦 還有自助的洗衣房，就在八樓，對了自助的早餐也在八樓哦，早餐的品種還可以，基本上可以滿足普通人的胃口啦，最喜歡的的是酒店的房間還有熱情滿滿的工作人員

酒店內環境很好，裝修的風格 裝飾顏色都給你很舒服，有種回家的感覺，前台服務員跟客房服務員都特別熱情，很棒，入住期間有任何不滿意都可以跟前台小姐姐們去溝通，都可以很快速的給我解決問題，幾個小時的休息時間讓我很放鬆！下次還會去。

1.前台辦理入住非常慢，業務不熟練。態度不好。
2.我於下午入住酒店7樓，8xxx房間。房間號碼不好找，前台人員未及時提醒住客8xxx房間是在7樓。
3.下午入住的房間正對太陽直曬，非常非常非常熱，打電話向前台反映，非常敷衍。並未及時得到解決方案，是後來向攜程投訴後，才有工作人員來解決問題。
4.理解中央空調全程統一的用度，但是住户反應後應該及時解決，晚上打過一次電話，未解決，打第二次點來才來解決，拿來一個風扇，風扇上面積灰很厚。
5.廁所馬桶蓋錯位。
