The hotel was great, and all the staff was helpful to accommodate our request 😀 but the rooms smell like smoke on the first night of our stay even though they put heavy air freshners. I would not recommend them if you are not a smoker or have problems with smoke smelling rooms. But overall the hotel was nice and we loved ❤️ the view 😍 and really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Would recommend this hotel 🏨 to anyone looking for easy access to food and shopping 🛍 around Dalangzhen District. This is the place to stay 👌 Tianyu Hotel. Would rate them 3.5/5 if only their rooms didn't smell of smoke.

It was the best accommodation experience, and the reason for that was the wonderful reception staff. They were very nice and helped me with a lot of things. Thank you to all of them. They were wonderful friends.

酒店雖然有些年份，但是保養好，大堂就在一樓，自助早餐廳在3樓，早上吃早餐還可以觀賞酒店很用心佈置的網紅打卡景點，水上還有一艘木船，亭子裏面還有桌椅，挺不錯的創意。衞生各方面都很不錯，房間裏面有小冰箱，衹是沒有開啟的，相信如果需要使用的話也可以提前通知酒店插電的。酒店樓下就是大潤發、小童天地、沐足場所、KTV，附近就是裏悦裏購物中心、大朗體育館、宵夜一條街。服務人員的態度非常友好，經理還有專門電話回訪，開始預訂的是不含早的房型，還準備在酒店補早餐呢，酒店還很貼心的建議改定含早餐的房型，完全是站在客户角度考慮。總之，很不錯的酒店，我將會繼續入住。

房間很乾凈 也很大非常亮堂 一進房間感覺挺舒服的 酒店周圍很熱鬧 飯店太多了 儘可以好好選擇了 服務人員態度很好 雖然在入住和離店都有點小插曲 但服務人員也都耐心解決了 唯一有點小問題就是酒店不是正面對着大街的 很遠處開車過來時從酒店高處看到了店名 可到跟前反而找不到了 感覺它和街邊的樓是背靠背的 應該在街道邊上設定一個醒目的標誌 還有酒店內的茶樓菜的味道也不錯
