位於寮步鎮萬潤廣場附近，但距離萬潤廣場有一段距離，如走路會有點遠，在門口乘公交到一個站就到。酒店本身衞生是可以的，房間及床舖亦算整潔。窗户亦很大，設計有點奇怪，台的位置被墊高了。但酒店亦算設施亦算齊全，一般的設備如風筒亦有，甚至有一次性座墊。酒店另一值得欣賞就是他的服務，可入他的微信羣，有服幫忙就可提出，如要求足浴桶等。但本人認為最大的賣點是它比較便宜，百多元的房間亦相當性價比高。但附近衹有一些食肆及便利店，樓下就是牛肉火鍋店。飲食尚算方便。門口是公交站到附近景點亦相對方便。
