After a working day, I arrived at this hotel, the service was very attentive, caring from check-in to check-out, very professional staff work at the reception. The room was clean, comfortable, free of odors and noises. But I want to pay special attention to the bed, the bed, pillows and blanket were so soft and pleasant as a cloud that I quickly fell asleep and slept like a child. The breakfast was very good, I really enjoyed a lot of different food options . Then to cheer up, I went for a swim in the pool, outdoors with stunning views of the garden, and then to warm up I went to the hot springs, it was bliss, amazing and soothing a**osphere. It was an unforgettable experience to relax body and soul. I will certainly come many more times. Highly recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel. The room was large and bright. We had a lovely lake view. The breakfast was quite good with several Western options.
We loved the hot springs area - good selection of hot tubs in a beautiful forest-like area, peaceful and relaxing experience. We were impressed with the number of English speaking staff in the hotel and how nice and helpful they were to us. The price of the hotel is another bonus, extremely cost-effective hotel.
I would certainly recommend this place to anyone.

Because of the room maintenance, Ctrip customer service helped me coordinate to change to the Pig Man Suite, which was really comfortable. We played hide-and-seek upstairs and downstairs. The swimming pool was very large. Although there were a few hot springs, they were also comfortable. The included buffet breakfast and dinner were good value for money.
