I have always trusted Xi'an's brand. This time I came to Dongguan on a business trip and finally chose this store. The location of the hotel is very good, just near the high-speed rail station, and it takes about 10 minutes to drive. The room was very clean. I fell in love with this hotel as soon as I entered the door. I slept well at night. The bedding and toiletries were very clean and hygienic. I felt very at ease staying here. The hotel's overall service quality is also very high. When necessary, it responds quickly and works efficiently. The staying experience this time is really good, and I will choose this hotel next time I come here.

After staying in an hourly room, the room attendant still opened the door, entered the room, and woke me up. There were only half a bottle of toiletries, and they were not replaced for each customer. When I called the front desk, no one delivered the shampoo. The next day, I called the front desk to deliver the shampoo. The waiter did deliver it, but he had a bad face the whole time. After checking out, I reported the above situation to the front desk. They were perfunctory, did not take guest complaints seriously, and had a bad attitude. After checking out, I waited in the lobby for nearly 15 minutes and no one brought me water. However, someone else who was sitting in the lobby immediately brought me water. I have stayed here several times before and it was quite comfortable. I originally wanted to stay here for a week in a row this time. As a result, I have been hearing the sound of renovations upstairs since 8 o'clock in the morning today. The noise was extremely loud and seriously affected my sleep. To no avail, it was very, very noisy all morning and I couldn't rest. The room is not big, the cleanliness is average, and it has smart equipment. 很不錯的一家酒店，前台工作人員很熱情，花茶好喝，酒店環境不錯，還有早餐提供，停車也是免費的，房間風格也挺別緻的，重要的是周圍很熱鬧，買東西吃飯都很方便，好吃的很多，值得推薦，點贊
