假期時間接待處只有一個職員，跟本應付不來，無煙房兩個煙灰缸是正常嗎？還配上火柴！
9點去吃早餐十盆有8盆是空的，多位客人投訴，廚房又是應付不來！

住過很多次海霞了，現在的水平和以前相仿，還算中規中矩。房間面積很大，辦公桌也好用，當然整體裝修和配置對比新開的酒店會有一些不足。例如，床頭沒有統一開關，睡覺時需要挨個把每個燈都關掉；床頭的插座比較少。小沙發挺好的，很適合洗完澡躺着玩手機。
早餐還行，有腸粉，也可以點粉面。酒店價格還算實惠，整體性價比比較高！
樓下有港式茶餐廳，但價格不便宜，隨便一個飯也要三四十以上。

雖然位處火車站附近，但步行也要十多分鐘，碰巧在晚上到達，微弱燈光的街道，並不好找。
房間大而且清潔，沒有煙味。只是装修有點懷舊，始終這酒店已開業了一段很長時間！
整體滿意。

海霞酒店交通方便，環境非常不錯，比較喜歡來這裏住，雖然開了好幾年了，房間環境保持的還不錯，價格也公道，對比周邊的酒店很優惠，衞生乾淨整潔，前台服務很熱情 ，小賀美眉很貼心服務好。
