第一次入住，但可以話好滿意，對面街有好多地道食店，如果好似我咁叫外賣，酒店方面有送餐機械人送上樓，杜絕一切外來閑雜人等上樓，安全感十足
酒店嘅拖鞋小細節，做得10分好，是厚身的，唔係一啲着一下行兩步就爛咗嘅拖鞋，洗手間內嘅牙刷樣樣俱全，仲好細心將牙刷分咗兩隻顏色，兩個人使用都唔會有混亂。浴室仲有桑拿，呢個係比到我意外驚喜👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

這絕對是我使用攜程十幾年以來入住的最差的酒店。1.因為疫情原因酒店人力不足，前台衹有一個人負責辦理入住，沒有任何其他工作人員。發票系統升級，開發票特別麻煩，而且連裝發票的信封✉️袋也不提供。2.房間內部可以用臟差來形容，房間地毯N久沒有清洗非常臟，讓人有噁心🤢的感覺；茶飲衹有一個速溶咖啡一個袋茶；淋浴間居然沒有洗澡的沐浴液，衹有一個洗頭液；房間的窗户也是破損的。3.酒店工作人員也不告知早餐餐廳的位置和時間，無法享受早餐服務。4.房間遺落物品沒有人聯繫客人，估計就是沒有服務員打掃房間。
難以想象這樣的酒店居然是五星級的價格，五星級酒店價格還不如普通快捷酒店的服務好，住的舒服。
強烈建議攜程重新評估這家酒店。
