Beautiful hotel, very clean and great service. The breakfast is ala carte and the pool was closed for repairs. The pool at the neighboring hotel was available to use.

It was just wish the pool was working and if we had a fridge and microwave. Oh yeah the 5bucks a night parking is crazy lol .but thanks for the experience.

The room was sufficient. Check in was fantastic and staff was polite and very efficient. In the was to our room the hallway smelled very strong of recreational smoking, to a pungent point. Our room appeared nice at first look. Beds were clean and there was a small balcony which would be nice in summer. The bathroom was not cleaned with details in mind. Dirty corners and random hairs found, but nothing completely awful. The sink area was very nice but terrible lighting. The TV was small with limited channel selections. The biggest disappoin**ent, and one that would have had us booking elsewhere, is not being made aware at anytime during booking or checkin that the pool area is closed for renovation. This was a MUST have for our trip and really disappointed our plans for the weekend.

Room was really clean, staff was genuinely kind…. But the pool was closed. My kids were really excited and showed up and was told it was closed. Bummer

The first room they put me in wasn’t even cleaned. The pool and spa were closed, no where on the website did it state that! Bathroom vent was extremely dirty and ran all the time. Remote didn’t work for tv. They put me in a room with an adjoining door and I could hear the other guests talking. The hotel parking lot had may 10 cars and I was out in a room right next to someone. The continental breakfast you had to pay for! Only good thing was the price!

We booked here because it said they had a pool, but it was under renovation. We specifically planned a few hours of pool time - it was sad for us. I would have booked somewhere else instead. Also, the scents were so strong when we walked in and throughout the main hall, it gave me a headache. Those perfume/oil smells were way too strong. I would not recommend staying here.
