The cleanliness and the customer service overall was very very poor if I would have seen the room before I had booked it I would not have gotten it. Their breakfast is a sack lunch they told us that the deposit for our dogs was $20 towhen I went to go get my deposit back they did not give it to me they said that it was rent for my dogs.One morning I turned in all my bedding we return back at night and I did not have any bedding when I called the front desk he said he did not have the laundry key sorry that I had to wait until the next day so needless to say that night I had no bedding on my bed. The room was cleaner when I left it than it was when I got there

I don’t know why this property gets so many bad reviews. I stayed at the property during Thanksgiving week. It was my first time visiting San Diego.
The hotel is a bit dated but the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and the free WiFi and cable TV were convenient.
I had an issue with the card access to my room but Danny resolved the issue by switching me to another room.
I’d definitely book again. If you’re budget conscious, book your San Diego stay here.

The shower did not have running water and the sheets had stains on them. Would not return.

Room was very dirty. Significant mold in the shower. Laminate floors hadn't been mopped in a long time - feet were black after walking on them. Large stains and scuff marks on the doors and walls, especially next to the front door where something dark brown had been smeared on the wall and had run down to the floor. Also very noisy, music and people out of their rooms talking loudly until well past midnight.

Poor condition, pool not clean air conditioner not working,bugs in room, all that at time of check in. Absolutely horrible, didn’t stay went to diff hotel

The property owner very violent towards customers, wales around with a pipe on his hand. The facility looks absolutely nothing like the pictures. The rooms smell, the restrooms are falling apart, the linens are very stained and lots of flies in the rooms. Third party must stop working with this facility. Lots of I satisfied customers. Just a over all terrible experience, unsafe un sanitary. Pool is not usable the water is yellow, pond looking 👎

After booking my stay they canceled my reservation and had to sleep in my car with my family.
