The pool area was spacious and unique. The loxation was close to lots of restaurants, retail, and attractions and very convenient. The front desk staff was very courteous and helpful.

we asked for a quiet room- away from highway noise. the clerk told us all the rooms in the hotel were quiiet as highway traffic on one side of the building died down and there was no noise. Boy was he wrong- he gave us a room on the highway side and it we heard highway noise all night long- not happy. Won't stay there again...

Bad service, if it’s a stay over then they are not giving a housekeeping service and staffs behaviour depends on their mood.

Reserved a king room but the bathroom was very small. Carpet stained in several places.

Room was fine. But No hot water. When i mentioned it at check out staff didnt seem to care. They said circulator was broke but should be fixed now. No offer to discount room or any type of apology.

We had a wonderful trip, my 5 and 6 year old granddaughters first ever girls trip! The hotel was clean, the staff was so nice from the front desk staff, breakfast attendants to the gentleman cleaning rooms. Pool was very kid friendly and the girls loved it! Granddaughters ended up running fevers and we had to leave a day early, the staff were so kind and caring to us! Would definitely stay again!

Not the best and not worth the price. Bed was awful and carpet in room was stained and below expectation. This was 1 step above basic and way below a nice room. They need to either invest some money in bed and fresh decor or drop their prices 40 percent to a value stay hotel
