We stayed two nights in the hosteria. The prime location in the PN Los Alerces and the iconic architecture make it a special place in principle. The issue is that the building hasn't been renovated (other than maybe some cosmetic changes) in the last 50 years. Everything including rooms is dated, which gives it some charm and patina on the one side, but many things are beyond "patina" and just overdue for replacement (the 1970 style bathroom, the outdoor and lounge seating) or fundamental renovation. The place is kept clean, the beds were comfortable and the food acceptable. The service team is very friendly and motivated to make a good stay despite of the weaknesses.

Es una Hostería señorial, cómoda y con excelente servicio por parte del personal que cuenta con una vista fantástica a orillas del Lago Futalaufquen. El predio que la rodea es amplio y la comida del restaurante buena y a un precio medido. Una experiencia mas que recomendable para gozar de la naturaleza en un ambiente acogedor.

La hosteria es un edificio historico en el parque Nacional los Alerces con una vista inmejorable del Lago, en un entorno maravilloso. Nos hospedamos en la suite Presidencial muy amplia con doble baño, jacuzzi y todas las comodidades. El restautrante con muy buen menú. Recomiendo la sopa de hongos, una delicia! La atencion de todo el personal tanto de recepciòn, como del restaurante impecable. Lugar fantastico para hacer senderismo y descansar, Desde alli en auto se puede hacer las varias excursiones cascadas caminatas a todo el Parque Los alerces

El hotel está situado en una reserva natural muy hermosa frente al lago de igual nombre. Tomamos una habitación muy amplia y hermosa con vista al lago, con vestidor y un JACUZZI muy amplio. El internet es muy flojo y tiene escaleras lo que para algunos puede ser una dificulatad. Muy buena experiencia. La gastronomía muy rica!

Restaurante de la hostería pésimo, solo vale la pena tomar un café por la vista que tiene La comida súper escasa. Pero súper escasa!!! Parece una tomada de pelo . No parece, es! El ragú de cordero trajo dos pedacitos mini, y en la ensalada de trucha Ahumada, todavía estoy buscando la trucha!! Una vergüenza!
